Shapes and guides the trajectory of the Foundation’s evaluation and research work. Establishes approaches, systems and a cycle of continuous improvement to assess grant, program and organizational effectiveness, and to craft an ongoing narrative of learnings for the team, the Trustees, and the field. They will also manage and execute projects to support the work of the Foundation’s areas of interest.

Youth Enrichment Services

Providing direction and supervision for high impact youth programming and overseeing the outcomes measurement, data management and program evaluation process for all programs in the organization. Additionally directs professional development for staff in support of programmatic improvements, social justice and leadership development.  

 

 

Teen Director 

Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston

​2010 - 2013

 

Supervised, evaluated and maintained national program standards for teen youth development program. Provided induvial planning for youth, supervised and provided professional development for staff, interns and volunteers associated with the teen program. Co-created  and implemented  international travel program Explore India.

​2008 - 2010

 

Used the Highscope Youth Development program quality assessment tool to assess out of school time programs throughout the Midwest. Advised program leadership on operational and programmatic changes based on assessments, interviews and observations. Created program improvement plans for organizations based on findings.
